The architectural proposal for the Phase B of the UCY Student Residences is organized into distinct zones that enhance urban planning and spatial coherence, creating a unified green central area on the levels below while ensuring privacy and functionality on the levels rising above. A key feature is the creation of an elevated platform that houses communal services and offers shaded outdoor spaces, encouraging social interaction among students.
